I was just curious if you can have your nipples pierced and still breast feed or pump

It is recommended that the piercing be healed before breastfeeding ... but you can do it. The piercing must be free from infection and completely healed before breastfeeding commences...which is 3-6 months after the piercing. This is why it's NOT recommended that pregnant women seek a new piercing when they are pregnant.

Be advised that the piercing should be removed before the baby feeds. Possible risk include damage to the nipple, difficulty in the baby latching, gagging, slurping and milk coming out the babies mouth.

What about pumping?
I'm not planning on getting mine pierced, I'm just curious because I know a few women with theirs pierced that are gonna be moms

I plan on getting facial piercings before I give birth
that's about it

Any reputable piercing studio will not pierce a pregnant woman. You'll need to wait until after you deliver.
