I will often have pieces of food in my feces, like tomates, lettuce.. as soon as 7 hours after I ate it. Sometimes just watery with the chunks. Is this normal Thanks?

Yes...totally normal. Sometimes I don't digest corn completely and the whole pieces will appear in feces. I'd suggest that you take time chewing (50 chews per bite optimally) and slow down when you're eating. Try to use your teeth and jaws to break down the food ... that's what they're for! You can't rely on your stomach to completely disintegrate foods with acids...you can chew to help the process along.
