Hello,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Your symptoms suggest possibilities of severe PID or endometriosis or adhesion. In your next visit to your Gynecologist/healthcare provider discuss about getting a diagnostic laparoscopy done to look for the exact cause. If endometriosis or adhesions are seen, they can be removed at the same time which will relieve your symptoms.
Take care.
