Q: Pictures appear to move

I wear glasses although they arent very strong but all my life when I have looked at photographs (rarely hand drawn pictures) sometimes they appear to be in motion although I know they are not.

Although I know this to not be happening I cant help but sometimes see this kind of thing. I dont know if its related or anyone else get it but also whilst driving if I have been driving down a straight road for a long time and pull up at a junction, the rest of the road seems to be in motion like im still moving with the road in front getting further and further away (for anyone in the UK if you watch top gear when they simutaneously zoom in and pan out on a car from in front it is similar to this!)

It doesnt happen when im looking at work related stuff in the office on my monitor, only in photos of things that are usually in motion (people, animals, cars etc).

Please help, Im not sure if I like people in pictures waving at me!

Road Moving Further Away
I have always seen the road in front of me "moving away" when I am stopped at a light. It makes you feel like you are rolling backwards and it especially happens to me when I am the first car at the light. Looking at the road in front of my car, it is as if it rolling out from under me. I have slammed on my brakes many times thinking my car was rolling backwards when I am perfectly still.
