I was told I suffer from periodic anxiety...thing is whenever I have the physical symptoms i never FEEL stressed.....in my mind ....it just presents in physical form....and I find this hard to reconcile...I mean if I am suffering from anxiety, how come I don't feel stressed out mentally?????

Also, my physical symptoms have seemed to change...they used to be pain in my neck and a light head...now I feel great in the neck and no dizziness...just pain in my calves and arms...almost like nerve pain....

Is this anxiety?

Yes, this can be anxiety, but of what form? Please call your family doctor. You may need a referral to a specialist.
The why you have these varied issues can be caused by multiple factors.
