For over a year i went to doctors for diziness, shakiness, problems with concentration and memory, mood issues, and every symptom listed on this page. I worried about rare diseases, mental illness, ect.

I was diagnosed with "severe hypoglycemia," and was told i was on my way to diabetes. I became obsessed with watching my diet, searching the internet for answers, and actually let this condition control my life (which, by the way, is exactly what you should not do).

I quit working because i felt like garbage. I was drained in every way possible and was about to give up. i FINALLY decided to quit obsessing and get on with my life. I talked to a therapist to address the emotional issues. I exercised and ate a healthy diet, but did not obsess (everything in moderation). I learned techniques to handle stress and learned to enjoy life.

Guess what?! Slowly all my symptoms went away and, before long, i felt better than i did before this all happened.

This condition is, more often than not, brought on by physical and emotional stress (constant adrenaline ) mixed with a poor diet. Its easy to focus on the symptoms and wait for a doctor to fix them.

Please do yourself a favor...take care of your body and mind. Dont focus on the condition and don't let it become a major part of your life. You can and will get rid of it. Just deal with the stress that has caused it.
