I suffer with anxiety and depression and I
have convinced myself I have this phobia.
Information is limited on this so I would
be grateful for any feedback. Thanks

I think if this were me, I would seek some
counseling. That might help you understan
how to deal a bit better with this. I am
not that familiar with it. Perhaps
Georgia59 or someone else might know a bit
about it.
