it was started in acutre sinusitis and now i suffer from phlegm. my head is always aching and also my face. that why im asking for the best medicine or antibiotic that can cure my problem.

hello any antibiotic is good for your problem as im allergic to penicillin i find arythromicin is good..meantime use a nasal decongestant this restores drainage of the sinuses and reduces inflammation of mucus membranes..
steam inhalations moistens the secretions and are helpful in removing them..
