A friend introduced me to this as I was a smoker for 28 years. I cannot express how much more energy that I now have. My question is how long should I expect to cough up the flem from my lungs clearing? Thanks in advance!

I wish you good luck with your on going
smoking. But sincerely I hope you could
give it up. Smoking is the main cause
of having lung cancer. Your question is
not whether you will have lung cancer,
your question is when you will have it.
Please give up smoking, my friend.

Pretty sure he's saying he has quit smoking and feels much better but is still coughing / clearing lungs.
