Hello. I am a male in my twenties and
always had this problem. I can't fully
retract my foreskin when the penis is
erected, while I can when it isn't. I have
sexual relations just fine with this
problem but would much rather being
"normal". I haven't visited a doctor yet
about it because I'm afraid they would
only suggest circumcision.
Here are pictures when it's erected and
when it's not. WARNING: genitalia
pictures.
Erected: Trying to retract the skin any
further is very painful
Any advice or information would be greatly
appreciated.

It could well be Phimosis. Is it just
circumcision you are against or any
operation? I had a similar problem and
wasn't keen on being circumcised. The
doctor recommended a Preputioplasty which
is when a slit is made in the foreskin.
You keep pretty much all of your foreskin
and there is little scarring.

I'm against circumcision. I would be ok
with an operation if I could keep my skin
and it wouldn't be loose when not
erected.
I will ask my doctor about Preputioplasty
if he recommends only circumcision.
