I am 18 and my penis has never been erected and straight enough
instead, it was curved downward and cant even become horizontal
is that related to my phimosis ( foreskin cant retract any to show the glans of penis)?

Would a circumcision help? or need any construction surgery?

I still sum twice a day and seldom do exercises
but I am eating quite healthily and have no problem with my pulse and blood pressure,
I dont smoke and drink
I always come under stress but I dont think that is so immense that can affect my erection.

Thanks

You'd be surprised at how much the mind can affect you for such things.

Having a curved penis to my knowledge does not occur from phimosis, it is just the way your penis is naturally, and is rather common.

There was nothing noted on your part concerning erectile dysfunction.
