I have been taking phentermine for a while now, in cycles, on for 3 months, off for one month. I did this so that I would not get addicted, as it is very easy to like this drug. It is a thermalgenic, I know this, but my ultimate question is that does that I started a new planned diet program with it. I started getting a "souped-up" B-12, added a multti vitamin that replaced my usual 2 prenatals a day, and added more protein to my diet. Yesterday, I noticed while cutting my grass, I was sweating profusly, so I stopped, came inside, drank a lot of water and then I felt better. I live in Memphis, so it is very hot and humid here. I learned very early about heat strokes, and heat exhaustion. I felt like this was the road I was headed down. Later that day I resumed my usual activities and drank some sweet tea. Im not sure if its relavent what I drank or did after that so i just included that. My husband and I went out last night and I became very dizzy with a pounding headach. Advil helped the headache, but I was still very dizzy. He gave me a vitamin and a a vitamin water. That didnt help. I became very disoriented and could barely stand. Is this because of the phentermine and the heat or is it a lack of vitamins, or what? By the way, I feel better this morning but my urine is neon yellow. Please post your opinions! Thanks, Kim
