Q: Phelm in throat

I have a constant feeling of phelm in my throat. This feeling has lasted about a month now. I have never had allergies, sinus, asthma or any type of ailment that would warrant a trip to an ENT physician. I finally did go however, and not definitive diagnosis was made. What can I do.

This might be caused the the foods that you eat. You might have a food allergy that results in increased phlem. I'd suggest that you consult a nutritionist for some suggestions.

Alot of times it is phlem you just cannot get out. You can buy something like mucinex with guanfasene in it. You would think it is just for breaking up phlem in the lungs/chest but it works for that throat feeling too.
