Hi all,

My sister gave birth in november. She had some minor post-preg bleeding which resolved quickly. About a month after giving birth she developed some petechiae on the tops of her feet and shins. That was right around Christmas and since then she has been having these outbreaks of petechiae on her feet and lower legs every couple of weeks. She doesn't have them anywhere else and she feels fine. She went to the doc and had a normal CBC, has another appt with a different doc for the end of this month but I'm going crazy worrying and was just hoping someone might be able to provide some insight. Given the normal CBC, does this sound serious? Could she have a normal CBC and still have ITP?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!!
