Had petechiae starting 6 months ago on my knee in a small area. Sunday 3/12 petechiae started to spread out of no where. Had a low grade fever once which was on Sunday. Starting on my ankles and moved up from there to my knees, upper legs, and under arms. All and I mean all bloodwork has been done. Nothing is showing as abnormal. Everything from platelet count to spotted rocky mountain fever. Please help me. What else could cause this. Please don't just list the basic thoughts. Please give me something new that ever doctor out there might not think of.

Welcome to e health forum.

In case, all the blood tests including coagulation profile and platelet counts are within normal levels, then your symptoms could be transient effects of a benign viral infection.

It is not possible, for all the tests to be normal and you to have a serious medical condition.

Taking rest for the time being and supportive medications like tylenol, might help to improve your symptoms.
