From a female perspective- call me bitter or what you like. Porn is wrong and if you guys that like it so much want to have sex with women or marry them then I will tell you that ALL women have a problem with it! Some will watch with you just to appease you others will ignore it and most like me will want to destroy your manhood. It is rude and condescending. Not to mention that people in these films are nasty and are more than likely infected with many STD's. So if you prefer a man over a woman then go ahead and watch. When your significant other finds out- don't call me crying because she's withholding sexually. God considers lusting after another with even your eyes to be adultery- so fellas in a sexual relationship there goes another commandment that you are not upholding. Porn is not reality. How can you relate your personal experience with porn and what is the point of being with someone sexually if you can't make each other satisfied without porn? There is nothing there if porn is needed. You have no emotional foundation then and women are emotional when sexual. Ask any respectable woman (not a prostitute down the street that you sleep with occasionally) how she becomes aroused. Most will tell you it is how you made them feel before. Thoughts and images flash before and during sex. If you are portrayed as a porn addict in the woman's mind then it is a turn-off BIG time. I do not claim to be an expert, just letting you guys in on the secret.

Just a heads up: Women can't post in the men's chat forum, nor can men post in the female chat forum.

My two cents:

Humanity is too diverse to proclaim sweeping generalisations like that. There is porn specifically geared towards what many women like. Or towards what many men like, or towards non-sexual things that some people happen to find very sexual. It's all a matter of taste. As long as it doesn't swallow your time or as long as it spices things up and makes a safe, sexual relationship more spicy, what's there to lose?

All women don't have a problem with porn. You can't possibly speak for ALL women. I know women who like porn very much.

Pornographic actors are generally of very good sexual health and a lot of companies make it a requirement for regular STI testing before filming.

You say porn is not reality yet you cite God. A little ironic don't you think?

Look, no half-way intelligent man sees porn and their sexual encounters as exactly the same. Porn films are entertainment, not reality, same as any film.
