Q: Persistent Testicle Swelling

I'm 19 years old, and I've been having this same problem for two years, despite seeing the urologist three times and getting two ultra sounds on them.

My left testicle, especially after working, will swell up considerably. Sometimes it gets to be the size of an egg. I feel like I have a pain in the cords behind the testicle. Both will occasionally get pushed back into my body.

My doctor says there is nothing wrong with me. It is decreasing quality of life and my sex drive.

I've been experiencing something similar except in both testicles. Get a second opinion. It's might take a few trips to the doctor's/clinic to diagnose you correctly.

Swollen testicles can be a sign of liver problems from excessive alcohol, caffeine, OTC pain medication with acetaminophen(tylenol), poor diet, etc.

Not sure if this is whats causing your symptoms but you should cut back on any of the aforementioned culprits and see if there's a change.
