I am a 42 yr old woman and have an embarassing problem. I wash regularly and change clothes frequently and yet I can awake sweating,with upper body worst and smells like urine. Also seem to pass a lot of wind which smell awful, sometimes like rotten cabbage and much worse even at times. Please can you help me find a cause and a solution. Thanks.
