4 years ago, I started a new job. My first week on the job, someone close to me had strep throat and got sent home. Many people came sick from him me being one of them. I was sick for the following week then the week after that I was fine. The week after that week, I became sick again but this time was much worse. My throat hurt so bad that I couldn't swallow anything without a great deal of pain. And to make things worse, at any given time blood would appear in my mouth from my throat. This would happen at anytime day or night. I'm almost always pretty healhty and I didn't think that this was a real emergency because the blood in the throat was gone after a week. The smart thing to have done was to go to a doctor which is something I have regretted ever since. Eventually, the sore throat and blood went away and I thought that I was back to normal. Then I noticed that my throat would be sore when I ate something or used mouth wash. I also noticed that I wasn't able to sing as well as I used to as a result of my throat having soreness issues. This has been going on for years now. At the beginning of last year, I decided to go to an ENT doctor. I went to him and told him everything that has happened to me. Unfortunately for me, he was completely worthless. He asked me questions, put a scope through my ear and down my throat to see how things looked, and made me sing notes for him. After all of that, he had no answer for me. He said that he couldn't see anything wrong with me at all. I felt like I paid him for nothing. I can't take it anymore. It seems like no one has answers for me so I'm posting this in hopes of getting some answers. My throat still hurts when I'm using mouth wash and I still can't sing as well as I used to be able to. i've tried solutions but nothing has worked. Please, I'm begging anyone who has read this if you have any suggestions that you think might end this nightmare for me don't hestitate to let me know so I can finally get rid of this throat once and for all.

Thank you so much

As a person with recurring ear infections. It was advised to get an allergy test done. I found that the recycled air in the building I worked after the flu kept me sneezing. The following products have been recommended for immune system help.
Lemon Juice 2 parts to 1 part.
Do not use alcohol based mouth washes - this was from my dentist.
Cell Food - Is a wide range vitamin complex
Lemon and Honey = 1 part lemon to 2 parts honey added to 3 parts water. Natural Neocitran

Royal Jelly.

It sounds like you are getting recurring throat infections do to an enviromental allergy in the work place.

A recurring sore throat could also be due to acid reflux. If you do have problems with heartburn, especially on a regular basis, I would either try an over-the-counter acid reducer or go to your regular doctor and get a prescription. In addition, try elevating your head at night if you notice that you wake up with the sore throat or if it is worse in the morning.

The allergies is also a real possibility, as well. If you have problems with those, try those remedies trygi mentioned.

If the problem persists too much longer, you should see either an allergist or a gastroenterologist, depending on the cause (allergies or acid reflux).
