I have had this problem even when I was a Very young child. I have hid it from everyone. It is not due to sexual thoughts for me. It happens a lot throughout the day and night. I also have to apply aditional pressure by being on my stomach, edge of the bed, or just about anything I can use at the time. If I don't do it then the build up gets so bad that I can't sleep. i'm sure my husband knows I do it, but he hasn't said anything.
