For the past few months I have been experiencing a dull ache in my flank area. I have tried going to a chiropractor and taking OTC pain killers and even Tramadol. For the last week I have been also having abdominal pain and found blood in my stool. My pain is accompanied by nausea. Please give me an idea as to what might be going wromg.

You should forget about the chiropractor and get yourself to your primary care physician right away.

Abdominal pain and blood in your stool and nausea is a sign that something is not right and needs to be checked out ASAP. That blood could be from a lot of different things, from minor to major.
There is really no way to guess what it might be.

That is for a doctor to determine after physical exam and various tests run.

It may or may not be related to your pain in your flank area.

Call your primary doctor right away and get in to see him/her on Monday ASAP.

Good luck

Fran
