I am a 42 male, very active, relatively fit, 5' 10" 190lbs, non-smoker, non-coffee, non-soda drinker. 11 weeks ago I got a persistent headache. The usual Excedrin, Advil, Tylenol, alieve, Advil did not help. Been to general Dr and now Neurologist several times. They have no idea what it could be. MIR and MRA where normal. I am almost never headache free and I am dizzy about 50% of the day. It is not a spinning dizzy, it’s a light headed, pulsing dizzy, mostly on right side of head, but sometimes my whole head. The Dr have said it's not a migraine and I tend to agree. They have tried high doses of ivyprofen, amditriptolene, and one other pain medicine (can't remember) It’s really hard to deal with this day after day. I can’t take the dizziness and headaches anymore. I’m not suggesting I’m depressed; It’s just wearing me out. As I stated I’m normally very active, this is not me. I need help. Where can I go, what type of Dr should I see, what questions should I ask. Help, please, thank you.

Please tell me what you had. My 11 year old son has had a constant headache, dizziness for a month. Please tell me what you had and for how long. They never diagnosed it?
