when i was in 5th grade, i got a flea bite on my left index finger and even after four years, it is still present.
it is a bump about 2cm long and1.5 cm wide and about 2mm swelled from skin

this is very unattractive and i would like to find some remidys
if i just stop biting it would it go away or would i have to see a doctor

Hello and thank you for posting your medical question on E health forum.

From the description, it seems that you have developed a hypertrophied scar, at the site of the bite.

The best treatment in this case would be removal by cryotherapy or by a small excision procedure.

You might consult your doctor or a dermatologist for further advice and treatment.
