i got in a fight last winter which resulted in me being pinned to the ground and having my face beaten to a bloody pulp. i mustve been punched at least dozen times and well over a minute- mainly on the nose and mouth area. my face was beaten to a pulp, had purple bruises on my lip, the nose swelled up like shrek's . but the swelling and bruising went down in a week and i did not think of it much. i also broke out in heavy acne right afterwards- i never had acne breakouts before. acnes happened at same areas that i was punched at. and now i look at my face, five months later, acne cleared, i hardly recognize myself. my nose and upper lip are bigger and unevenly shaped. these are the two areas that were repeated punched and busted beyond recognition. my upper lip is most noticeable- it has gotten longer vertically and no longer has the perfect symmetry. i know the incident has changed my face. i am 23 years old- how can this happen like this? is this permanent? please help.
