Bruise???
Yup it is damaged area under your skin caused by dead cells, damage. I get rid of bruises by always insuring I have adequeate circulation in the area. Place a cold pack on the area before taking your shower or bath. This will ensure any blood or other toxins are "removed" from the area.... this will take many repititons but it will work. Then take your bath or shower...make it hot and soak your area of concern or run it under water for a longer than usual amount of time. Then after your shower put on another ice pack on the area.

This will create a "pumping" action and will remove toxins and dead cells from your bruised area allowing it to heal.
