Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Hormonal imbalance can be due to ovarian cysts,Endometritis,Tuberculosis of genitals etc and needs a proper evaluation.Did you get a USG scan done to rule out any abnormality.
Some suggestions for you:
Have foods rich in omega fatty acids as fish oil, fish, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds etc.You can also take it in supplement form.
Do yoga or meditation daily.
Take ginger boiled in a cup of water thrice daily. It helps in regulating menstrual flow.
Consider visiting another Gynaecologist for thorough evaluation and to rule out ovarian cyst and Tuberculosis as many times it is not detectable.

Take Care!
