Q: 2 periods in one month

I've been on the pill for almost a year now and i had my period one week early and then the next week (when i shouldve gotten it to begin with) I got it again?!
Could this be miscarriage? Should I go see a doctor??
I'm a bit scared as this has never happened to me before.. Please help!
