I am 43 years old. I have begun experiencing different symptoms before my period, such as, my period doesn't have a specific start date any longer, they are worse as far as cramping and the newest. It seems now just before my period starts, about a week before, if I eat meat, hamburger mostly, I throw up about an hour after eating it. It's like my stomach just can't handle it anymore. Is this common?

I am not sure what to say to your episodes of emesis after eating meat. I am 44 years old but have not had that occur. Some of my pms symptoms are more intense and I seem to be "late" with my period every few months. This is normal during perimenopause. I wish I could comment more on your throwing up but have not found anything to suggest what is going on.
