Have you made an appointment with your ob/gyn since you got the positive test result?
That is the number one thing to do after finding out you're pregnant.
Make an appointment.

It can take a healthy fertile couple up to a year to conceive, so don't worry about not being able to get pregnant.

False positives are very rare. If you got your period you may have suffered a very early miscarriage. Definitely go & see your doctor as soon as you can.

Just remember, you can always try again when you feel ready.. don't give up hope.
