Hello,
Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am glad to help you.

In view of the foul smelling discharge along with the pains and bleeding, there’s a possiblity of you suffering from some infection and possibly an anerobic infection. You need to consult a gynecologist urgently and seek an opinion.

The discharge might be examined under a microscope and possibly culture & sensitivity done.

You’ll likely need a course of antibiotics (including metronidazole) to take care of the infection. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
