well i have had milky substance come out of my body.i get cramps ALOT. and i get vaginal discharge. is my period coming soon?

It is possible. Every woman's cycle is different, and it is hard to judge by your cervical mucous (the milky substance) if your period is coming or not. Have you ever had your period before or will this be your first? How old are you?

When I started mine I had a milky substance for about a year before my first, but you could be very soon, ask your doctor.
