Q: Period start date ?

hi my name is christian . ok my ?s is if i started my period today meaning bleeding little hard but i have been spoting 2-3 days before what day do i consider my period date? and another ?s is if i started my period today what date would i be able to get pregent?

Extremely eHealthy

I count my first day of my period as the day I start to bleed. I just ignore the spotting. The first day is normally heavy so there is no way I can confuse spotting with my period.
