i had sex with my boyfriend 2 weeks ago and since then ive had what can only be described as period like pains but have had no period, My periods are irregular as it is and i bled for 3days about 3 weeks ago but this was before we had intercourse.the pain travels all along the bottom of my stomach and can feel it moving its way across i also have pains at the lower part of my back going into the right hand side of my ribs. Im having trouble sleeping on a night i can only sleep on my side has the pain increases when i lay on my back or front. Could i be pregnant? as i know its way to early to do a test

Hi,

As you had sexual intercourse during the unsafe period, the possibility of pregnancy is definitely there.

You can confirm the pregnancy without waiting for your next periods by doing a serum beta HCG test.

This can be done around 10 days after the ovulation. In case, you miss your periods, that’ll confirm the presence of pregnancy.

Meanwhile, you can consult a physician to look for any other cause of the pains which you’re going through. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
