Q: Period one week after another

Im 20 years old and for the past few years have had a regular period once a month. I got my period last wednesday and it lasted until the following tuesday. now its been exactly a week since it ended and i got my period again and its extremely heavy but i have no cramps, etc. What's wrong???!?!
