Hi, I had my period on the 25th june 2010 and for the past 3 weeks i have been reallt tired and felt realy nausea in the evenings. These past couple of days i've been having stomach pain similar to period pain only slighty worse and ben feeling very bloated. Today my stomach feels very very bloated and i've elt realy sick all day. I have done a pregnancy test and this came back negative, I've also been to the doctor and she said ther was nothing she cold do and wait to see if the symptoms go away in a week or two. Thank you for your help.

Welcome to the forum. I am really glad to help you out. The possibility of pregnancy needs to be ruled out. To confirm the status of pregnancy, I would suggest you to get your serum HCG levels estimated since this is more specific than urine for pregnancy tests.

The HCG (it is a hormone) levels rise only in pregnancy and its presence will confirm the status of your pregnancy. Moreover, the HCG levels are raised around 10 days after the implantation of the zygote. Meanwhile, you can take some drugs like gelusil MPS & omeprazole/pantoprazole to take care of the gastritis.
