I've only been on the pill for a month, and skipped my previous period while i was on the pill, because i was on a holiday. I had unprotected sex during the time i was supposed to have my period. A week later, when i got back, i started taking the glucose pills, and didn't get my period back, is it normal that your period doesn't return as soon as you start taking the sugar tablets?

It can take 3-4 pills to start your period.... It is normal to not start right away. You should still start your new pack as usual no matter when you get your period.
