Hello and welcome to eHealth Forum!

If you are 20 days late and have not been on contraceptive then there is a chance that you could be pregnant. Precum usually does not contain sperms and cannot result in pregnancy. However condom is method of safe sex that prevents STDs. This method that you used is not 100% safe in preventing pregnancy as accidents can occur.

Many women do not get any symptoms while they are pregnant except for missed period. The best thing to do now is take a pregnancy test. If this is positive and you do not want children you can talk to your gynecologist.

The periods can be late due to your stopping the pills too, taking antibiotics, and sickness. Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please discuss these possibilities with your gynecologist once. Hope this helps. Take care!
