The antibiotics shouldn't affect you unless you've been on the pill or something, then you could possibly have gotten pregnant. Some antibiotics counter-act birth control pills.

When did you take the test? Did you read the directions and make sure that it was far enough after your missed period to be accurate for that test? If you take it too early, you may get a false-negative.

I would take one more test to be sure, the go to the doctor and get some birth control so you don't have to worry about this anymore. If you don't, I guarantee this is going to happen again and next time you may actually be pregnant.

i understand that.i took it 4days after it was llate and then on the 7th late day. the test says it you may take it up to 5 days befor your missed period. i have another test i plan on taking the first of the month or on the second because that will mark two weeks behind.i still have symptoms of my period im very bloated , have some what of an appetite, caramps and pains in my ovaries.

i got my period as of may 30th only ten days late
