its completly normal, you will feel it through your WHOLE pregnancy, its your uterus stretching because your little baby is growing in there

try not to worry unless they become severe or you start bleeding then you need to go to your doc asap because you could be miscarrying (not even nessiciarly then)

if your still worried call your doctor, they should be able to put your mind at ease, around 15 weeks with my daughter i had serious cramps and i went in and i had an infection so it could be something as simple as that....im sorry im making no sence im sleepy lol Smile

hope you have a healthy wonderful 9 months and try not to worry to much, you have plenty of time for that after you have that baby lol

I'll be ten weeks tomorrow and I too am having period-like cramps. I've had a miscarriage previously so I jump at every little twinge of pain. Everyone tells me to calm down, its perfectly normal. When the cramping gets moderately painful I hop in a warm bath and it usuallly takes the pain right away. Good luck and congrats on your pregnancy. Smile

I am 23 weeks, I had the same feeling, it's just the muscles or uterus stretching. When you get your period it's your uterus that makes the pain. Now that a baby is growing there the same pain occurs. As long as there is no spotting and the cramps are not extreme your fine.

I'm just about 10 weeks pregnant and I get period like cramping off an on throughout the day. Sometimes i'm completely convinced that i'm about to get my period till I come to my senses and remember i'm pregnant. Unless its extremely painful and/or accompanied by bleeding I was told not to worry Smile
