My period wasn't normal last month. It was 3 days early and it only lasted 3 days and it never got heavy or the server cramps. I do have endo and had the endo removed. I always have cramps that stop me from moving. But now its been about a week since then and im getting Sharp period like pains. I'm kinda of worried that its my endo coming back.

Your symptoms are suggestive of Endometritis and I am sorry to say that it has a recurring pattern.It is possible that the irregular periods and cramps might be due to that itself.Laparoscopic removal of the endometrial growths helps in control of symptoms better. Use of the regression therapy after laparoscopic removal of the endometrial growths works in giving better symptom relief .Kindly visit a Gynaecologist for detailed pelvic examination and evaluation.
