Perineum soreness and bleeding

Almost every time after sex with my husband, my perineum skin is broken, sore and very often bleeding. I realy don't know what to do.

The perineum is an area of a human’s body between the anal opening and outer genital organs. Blood can also originate from the vagina or anal opening. You may want to visit your gynecologist to check the precise location of bleeding.
