The cells are normal and I was given provera but the side effects are terrible and I can not afford the Mirena IUD so I'm hoping that I can go through perimenopause naturally with no drugs.

Hi magoo21965 and welcome to ehealth: If your cells are normal then there should be no problem...I, too, hope that you will be able to get through perimenopause without any drugs...We are here to help all that we can...Take care...

what if you dont use the provera and you just dont bleed is that normal and what are the side affects ?
