If you are 45 yrs old and have a disordered endometrium diagnoised by and D & C does that mean you will eventually get cancer? The cells are normal and I was given provera but the side effects are terrible and I can not afford the Mirena IUD so I'm hoping that I can go through perimenopause naturally with no drugs.

what if you dont use the provera and you just dont bleed is that normal and what are the side affects ?
