Q: perianal haematoma ?

Im new to this forum as I've recently become concerned about this lump. It's right by my anal opening and is greenish in color. It's a bit smaller than a pea in size and is hard when you touch it. Almost feels like a little ball right below the skin. I haven't had any pain or drainage from it, as I've read from some posts about these things, nor has it gotten any bigger. Though I just noticed it two days ago but, am pretty sure it hasn't been there long. Does it sound like a perianal haematoma? Im only 18 yrs old and am hoping its not skin cancer. Any replys and suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as I'd hate to see a doctor for this if not needed. Thanks Again

Have you noticed small amount of blood in the stool or on the toilet paper after wiping?
What kind of bowel movements you usually have?

Thanks for the reply. No I havent had any blood in the stool. I would say my bowel movements consist of one or two times a day. Usually when I first wake up and in then in the evenings. I havent noticed any changes in bowel movement.
