everytime i have a B.M i get this lump in my Perianal area near to the anus..which cause great pain for up to 1/2 hrs afterwards. i went to the docs, and he agreed this was a Perianal Abscess . he gave me tablets called co-amoxiclav 500/125 mg. 7 day course. he says wen he felt the lump it was around 1 and half cm underneath the skin, ive read else where this usualy needs an op,

it swells up even if my B.M are soft, softish, hard,

any advice, its very uncomfortable verging on painful help plzzz some one
