My periods are very regular. However the last couple of years I have started the "dreaded" 48 hours or so of Hell on Earth bleeding. I won't go into detail but it is affecting my life and work.

I do not have insurance, so Nova Sure and other procedures would be too expensive.

Would you recommend going on Birth Control Pills or the Depo shot to help calm the bleeding..?
