Q: Performance anxiety ?

I am 17 and have had a good sex life. It was always good and always went well until one time I noticed I had trouble getting it up. It may have been because of lack of sleep and working all day. I want to satisfy my woman and I want to have good sex but its not getting rock hard like it used to when I do get it up, sometimes even with stimulation it seems like I get really nervous. I am pretty sure its performance anxiety and it seems like that one incident has came to haunt me. A woman can turn me on alot but it seems like all I think about is this one incident. I want to go back to being hard as a rock and pleauring my woman. Can someone please help me out. I was hoping its just a mental thing because how would a guy my age have erectile disfunction. I have a pretty good diet, lift weights. I am 510 170 pounds and this really bothers me!!
Thanks!

same problem
Redwing, I am having the exact same problem! I posted yesterday. I am in really good shape...and always had an insane sex life. Just got divorced though, and now I am dating a bombshell. But, One incident a month ago is making me freak out. I managed to get some viagra, but as soon as I ran out of it...I still went back to having the anxiety! It is all I am thinking about all day. She just keeps saying "get over it!" I know I need to relax, but it is really hard to do. It is really starting to mess with my head, so I am going to see my doctor as soon as possible. I do not want this to really screw me up!

also experiencing same problems
I was just searching to see if many other people had the same problem as me, i guess there is. I'm 23yrs old.

I've been seeing this girl for a couple of weeks now, and it seems i have had a chain affect of failures to get it up. I've tried for the 4th time last night and it's almost like since i failed the first time, i keep fearing and thinking about it every time after that. Now i am losing a lot of self-esteem and i fear that i'm never going to be able to get hard with her and wondering if I should even bother seeing her any longer.

I have always had this problem since i started having sex, but i had found that with my ex girlfriend, i went out with her for a year and i was able to get it up more than i ever needed to so it was never a problem with her, maybe i was comfortable with her?

This current girl i am seeing is prettier than any of my previous partners, i'm thinking maybe i'm fearing of performing bad and dissapointing her and that fear is making it even worse for me.. It's almost like the less attractive ladies I have less of a problem with this.

I'm considering trying out cialis.

Hi Ive had a smilar problem of performance anxiety for several years now, and Ive found
a DRAMATIC solution for it. And it is not Cialis, although it does help boost confidence
and is fun, but acts as a crutch.

Ive dated many girls and have sex regularly with many different girls. However I experienced
limp dick failry often , like every second time. I had the feeling that I would loose my erection
and ended up losing it every time i thought that. I thought it was stress-related, then low confidence
then vitamin deficiency but then realized it was none of that.

I found that it had to do with SEX DRIVE, even though its generally normal. I found that masturbating
decreased my sex drive. I realized this after I went to visit a girl abroad and couldnt get aroused enough to
have sex with her. I just gave up and stopped all sexual self/other for a period of 10 days. After that period
i felt my sex drive was reset. Then I tested and when i hadnt masturbated for a few days
I always got it up.
And no more thoughts of limp dick because i was way more aroused. I read up
on male sex response and found out that mastrubating regularly decreased visual stimulation
in real life, and testosterone levels transiently decreased.
I highly suggest cutting down on masturbation as a way of increasing sexual performance.
It worked dramatically for me, as if night and day. Many girls now, no cialis, good times.

I have a 4' by 4' by 1' footing to hold a power generator w=220lbs and stands 8ft of the ground. We need to bolt this unit down (hilt bolts) to the footing and I wanted to know if we use Fiver-Reinforce concrete would be better than typical concrete mixture. I'm concerned that the bolts might fail in pull out resistance? If we had a horizontal wind force of 400 lb, does anyone have any recommendations or tips? I'm not sure what the strengths are for Fiver-Reinforce concrete
