Q: people uncomfortable around me

hi all
just wondering if anyone has experienced
this prob b4 im only young 20yrs old and
it feels as if im the only one with this
prob.. i get real scared of going to work
ect.
well basically it feels as if (most) ppl
are uncomftable around me in general
conversation ect. . they get real nervous
and i can tell just by there body language
ect they are nervous (or it might just be
me been paranoid) .. then i feel the same
way as they do i get real nervous and just
end up talking rubbish and its just
knocking my confidence real low
i do have low confidence/anxiety maybe
thats causing this?
would love to hear your opinions/advice i
would really appriciate this
