penispumping withhands, my penis was looking cross

i have a one problem,my age is 20 since 7 years i was pumping penis with hand twice in a week,my penis was looking cross ,like i am doing this continueosly what problem i will face, in future i will suffer for family problems,may i will became a father or not,i was applied for a govt job i have problem with medical test in medical test the doctors will check the penis,but my penis was looking cross,i am scaring for that,i will select for government job or not for this penis reason.
