Penis urethra pain? over thinking, causing it myself?

So I'm gonna write this full out detailed as possible, please do not post stupid stuff or same symptoms or anything.

Unless you are a doctor or know the answer then post please.

Rather see a post with an answer then 5 pages of random garbage.

So year and a half ago, I got oral sex from my girlfriend. And at one point i got a SHARP PAIN hurt like anything.

Felt like I was being stabbed by knifes.

Symptoms are as follows:

-Was always sharp pain.
-touching of clothes
-during any activity.

So I said hell with it, go get tested.

0 to all sti's after a 3 month period.

so I heard ibuprofen can help.

started taken them daily. It helped me so much.

NOW after awhile, it went away never thought of it ever again.

On to new symptoms.

not too long ago, I had protected sex. condom broke...

I over thought and was with someone I didn't trust, she hadn't been around but still.

Two days later at work, had a discharge. didn't know what type of fluid.

till 3 days later I woke up with white dried crust stuff on my tip of penis, and no it was not cum/precum.

ALSO when I was urinating. which is were it gets weird.

I will urinate, zip up my pants, wash my hands at that point. SHARP PAINT hits my penis head.

I get tested, all negative.

but they gave me yeast infection pills, that stooped the discharges right away.

Now I stopped thinking about the urinating pain, and that seemed to go away so probably over thinking it causing myself pain.

now onto my last one.

when I wear any clothing or masturbate, I have pain while touching.

today I was running around all day and my urethra had small amount of discomfort all day. And even when I masturbate I can feel small amount of pain.


Any ideas on anything or can I add anymore information that could help describe it?


I'm going out probably Tuesday to get tested for everything once again. And I don't know where to go after. I'm stuck:[
