I'm a married man who 24 hrs ago was paying a woman for a hand job when she stared lubricating my penis with saliva. it was taking so long that she fished me with oral with out a condom. I read symptoms normally appear 3 days to 2 weeks but i feel a weird sensation at the base of penis when i squeeze my nonerect penis.

I had sex 12 hrs later with wife and on top of feeling guilty I'm scared I've infected her.


Is it possible to have any symptoms this early? And if infected-how likely is it that I've given my wife what i have?
